Young Explorers Home-Ed Club

Every May to September, our monthly Young Explorers club offers all school-age home-educated children and their families the opportunity to explore the Museum at their own pace, or take part in our history-themed crafts and activities. Each session will be tailored to a different theme and will include museum-based activities such as object-handling, trails and crafts.

To help us prepare for the sessions, booking in advance is essential. Please follow the link below to the online form to register your interest. A member of our Museum Learning team will be happy to assist with any enquiries.

FAQs:

• Young Explorer’s Club costs £3 per child.
• One adult per home-educated child goes free.
• Additional adults pay normal Museum admission.
• The sessions are run on a weekday when the Museum is closed to the general public.
• Activities will vary each month.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
